Today Msft is trading at $145.66 (it has gone up by 4.98%) as the US Market has started to recover after days of a continued downward trend due to coronavirus fears and also due to the fact that investors lost faith in the US government as they felt their efforts were not enough. The US Department of Defense is seeking the court's approval for them to reconsider their decision of awarding MSFT with the JEDI contract which is said to be valued at $10 billion. The Joint Enterprise Defense Infrastructure (JEDI) contract is a large United States Department of Defense cloud computing contract which has been said to be worth $10 billion. This comes after Amazon contested this decision siting that MSFT was awarded this contract because of improper influence from US President Donald Trump.
