The USD value declined after the speculations that the Central Bank of US is going to further cut the rates for the second time next week and this caused yet another panic to investors. The Fed is likely going to cut by 100 basis points at the meeting from a range of 0% to 0.25% because of the Corona virus in the US and globally.This is going to put pressure on the USD.
