INTEL today is trading at $45.94 it is down with $1.67 INTEL says it’s maintaining over 90% on-time deliveries from its factories around the world. Today is trading low because it is headed into the pandemic already running behind due to CPU shortages that left its PC customers grumbling in their earnings calls. However, it is planning to increase its output this year to build up its inventory. It is releasing the neuromorphic research system. It announces the general readiness of  Pohoiki Springs, a neuromorphic research system meant to solve AI and other computationally difficult problems. Neuromorphic computing tries to mimic and simulate the way human brains work. These chips are expected to lead to faster and more energy-efficient computing. According to Tech research firm Gartner Inc, neuromorphic chips will be predominant computing architecture for advanced forms of artificial intelligence by 2025.
