Globally the cases that have been confirmed have reached 2,996,614 with 207,023 people that died and  881,847 patients that recovered from the virus. Italy reviewed their plans to ease the strict restrictions that were imposed to limit the spread of the virus in the nation and Prime Minister Giuseppe said the restrictions will be eased from the 4th of May, so far Italy has the highest toll recorded in Europe with 26 644  deaths that have been registered and It is estimated that for the UK It will take three years for their economy to fully recover from the effects of the coronavirus. European stock markets had strong gains today with investors having their hopes boosted by the news of more central banks and of major economies taking steps towards reopening as the Covid-19 pandemic eases.
