Administrators of Terraform are not allowed to leave the country. After the developments that shook the cryptocurrency markets, investigations started about Terraform Labs in many countries. The Seoul Southern District Attorney's Office's Joint Financial and Securities Crimes Investigation Team found it dangerous for Terraform Labs executives to leave the country as part of the investigation.
According to the news compiled by JBTC, one of the country's leading media outlets, one of these names stated that he had spoken to Terraform Labs CEO Do Kwon before and told him that he had "made enough money to buy an island."
In an interview with the anonymous person, he stated that Kwon secretly sells the cryptocurrency to institutions so that he can raise large sums of money.
Prosecutors are reportedly investigating whether the funds collected, as stated by the witness, were used to artificially increase the price of the asset.
