After its annual event, which was postponed last year due to the coronavirus pandemic, Amazon has decided to make the sale days known as Prime Day on its summer schedule as before.
The company announced today that this year's Prime Day will take place on June 21 and 22.
In a press release on the subject, Prime Vice President Jamil Ghani said that members of Amazon's Prime subscription program will have access to "over 2 million deals" in each category.
Annual Event Day, where products are sold with great discounts, has been generally held in July since 2015. This discount day; It is designed for purposes such as gaining new Prime subscribers, promoting Amazon's products and services, and stimulating a normally quieter shopping period.
Last year, the company had to postpone Annual Event Day until mid-October due to pressures on delivery and logistics capacity, as well as uncertainty about the pandemic.
