American broker Jordan Belfort: “I was wrong about Bitcoin”

American broker Jardon Belfort made important assessments about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

Jordan Belfort, the former American stockbroker known to many as the "Wolf of Wall Street", recorded statements stating that his initial projection that Bitcoin (BTC) would go to zero was wrong. Belfort, who made statements about BTC and cryptocurrencies in his latest interview, underlined that his stance in 2017 was due to his view that Bitcoin was a fraud and that he thought Bitcoin had the characteristics of a fraudulent project at the time. American broker Belfort said, "I stand by everything I said about crypto in 2017, when I really hated crypto, except for one thing. I admit that I was wrong about Bitcoin going to zero. I said that Bitcoin was a scam because at the time Bitcoin had all the characteristics of what I thought was a fraudulent project. When the cryptocurrency market crashed and Bitcoin dropped to $3,000, there was still a multi-billion dollar market. I thought that cryptocurrencies like Terra (LUNA) were going to collapse completely, but then I took a closer look and realized that wasn't the case." Interestingly, former stockbroker Jordan Belfort said that he began to understand the qualities of a digital gold in Bitcoin and changed his mind about Bitcoin.
