Apple CEO Cook bought Apple stock this week, according to a document released by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). According to calculations by Bloomberg News, the purchase consists of approximately 5 million shares worth approximately $750 million.
Apple CEO Cook received the largest share he deserved within the framework of the agreement he made when he took office in 2021.
The majority of Cook's compensation, which last year received a new compensation package to run through 2026, is limited stock units. With a total shareholder return of 191.83% in the last three years, Apple has been in the top three among its peers, while sitting 13th among 442 companies.

Cook took over as CEO in 2011.
Earlier this week, Cook donated nearly $10 million worth of Apple stock to an unnamed charity, according to the document released by the SEC. Cook has previously stated that he will donate his entire fortune to charities.
