Alibaba stocks fell more than 6 percent in Hong Kong.
China recently fined e-commerce giant Alibaba for violating the antitrust law. The amount of the penalty was recorded as 2.8 billion dollars.
There was a decrease in Japan's Nikkei 225 and Topix Indices. The South Korean Kospi Index followed a negative course, close to the horizontal.
Australia's S&P/ASX 200 Index also dropped on Monday, while the MSCI Asia Pacific Index fell about 1 percent.
