Bakkt will be Listed on the New York Stock Exchange
The world-famous cryptocurrency platform Bakkt will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange on Monday.

Bakkt, which is backed by Starbucks as well as the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, Intercontinental Exchange, announced that it has completed its merger with special purpose acquisition firm VPC Impact Acquisition Holdings.
In a statement made by Bakkt, the companies Bakkt Holdings Inc. It will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (
NYSE) as of October 18, 2021 with the short name BKKT.
Gavin Michael, Bakkt CEO, said the merger provides the necessary capital to support Bakkt's innovative work. Michael said, "We expect our platform to continue to redefine the digital asset market in which it operates, and we are excited about the opportunity to accelerate our innovation and growth as a public company. We remain focused on building a broader partner ecosystem, expanding the digital assets we offer today, and gaining momentum by partnering with industry-leading companies such as Choice Hotels, Wyndham Rewards, Google, Finastra and Starbucks.”
Bakkt has partnered with the famous US chain restaurant Quiznos in the past months, allowing customers to purchase meals with Bitcoin within the framework of this partnership. In addition, the company recently entered into a partnership with tech giant Google. With the agreement, Google Pay started to support Bakkt's Visa cards.
