Most recently, Balenciaga, founded by Spanish designer Cristóbal Balenciaga in San Sebastian, Spain, and later acquired by the French luxury group Kering, is among the brands that accept cryptocurrency payments. The famous fashion house and clothing company Balenciaga announced in a written statement that it has become one of the companies that include cryptocurrencies among its payment options. It has been discovered that Balenciaga will cooperate with BitPay for cryptocurrency payments. It was stated that the application will first start in stores in the USA and will be expanded after the pilot application in its main stores including Madison Avenue and Rodeo Drive in New York.
