BUG monitors the Indxx Cyber Security Index, which measures the performance of companies operating in the cybersecurity industry. This ETF invests in companies that find security solutions against attacks on systems, networks, applications, computers and mobile devices, and companies that are positioned to benefit from the growing adoption of the cybersecurity technology industry.
The fund focuses on stocks with cybersecurity market value growth potential.
About three quarters of the 28 shares are based in the US, with the remaining quarter spread to Israel, the UK, Japan and South Korea. Its three largest holdings are CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (CRWD) (a company that provides cybersecurity platforms with its subsidiaries CrowdStrike Holdings Inc.), Palo Alto Networks, Inc., a network security solutions provider. (PANW); and Zscaler Inc., a cloud-based security software company. (ZS).
