Speaking at the Paris Blockchain Week events, Changpeng Zhao announced that they broke new ground in the world by implementing the Turkish call center service. The Turkish call service, which started to be tested through the application, will also be carried out by telephone in the future.
In this service, which started to eliminate various grievances, especially fraud, the customer will be contacted through the Binance application, not via their phone number. The meeting takes place if the customer agrees.
Binance VIP customers benefit from the pilot application in Turkey in the first place. As the scope of testing expands, it will reach other customers. Binance aims to expand this service to all countries.
