According to the news compiled by Sky News, Prof. Dr. Uğur Şahin stated that thanks to the developed vaccine, life in Europe and the USA could return to normal by the middle of 2021. Stating that the vaccine, which will be applied in mid-December, will not have an immediate effect on the pandemic, Şahin said that it will be a difficult winter.
Stating that the date of the first vaccination will depend on whether the countries give a license to the vaccine on time, Şahin said, “The earliest time for vaccine procurement will not be before mid-December.”
