BIST100 Closed The Day With An Increase
BIST 100 closed the day with an increase. In Borsa Istanbul, the BIST 100 index gained 2.65 percent and ended the day with 1,413.86 points.
At the end of the day, the
BIST 100 index increased by 36.44 points compared to the previous closing, and the total transaction volume was recorded as 30.3 billion TL.
At the closing, the banking index gained 2.27 percent, while the holding index gained 3.21 percent. Chemical, petroleum and plastic were the most profitable in industry indices with 5.87 percent, while the most decline was recorded on the metal main industry with 2.56 percent.

Borsa Istanbul reached over 1,420.00 points following the statements of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Speaking at the AK Party's 7th Ordinary Grand Congress, Erdogan made the following statements:
"The fluctuations in the markets over the past few days do not reflect the foundations, real dynamics and potential of the Turkish economy. We have announced the policies and the calendar of our reform program in the economy. It is time to study, produce and to reach our goals. I urge the International investors who invest in our country to trust Turkey's power and potential."
Stating that the stock markets are stabilized with the decrease in stop-loss orders, analysts stated that the response purchases have strengthened as the bank stocks, which dropped sharply yesterday, started to rise today.
Reminding that the summary of the Monetary Policy Board meeting of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey will be followed in the country tomorrow, analysts said that the data agenda, especially the growth in the USA, will be monitored abroad.
