BIST 100 Index Started Friday With A Rise
BIST 100 index started Friday with a rise. BIST 100 index gained 0.46 percent value in Borsa İstanbul and started the day with 1.456.44 points.
At the beginning of the day, the
BIST 100 index, which gained 6.62 points and 0.46 percent compared to the previous close, reached 1.456.44 points.
At the opening, the banking index gained 0.52 percent, while the holding index gained 0.64 percent. Holding and investment were the most profitable in sector indices with 0.64 percent, while the only decline was recorded on construction with 0.74 percent.
Yesterday, the BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul closed the day with 1.449.82 points, losing 0.67 percent in value.
Analysts stated that the failure to reach pre-epidemic levels in the employment market with inflationary concerns made it difficult for the
US Federal Reserve (Fed) to make a clear verbal direction, at this point, the statements of the officials of the Fed's San Francisco, Atlanta, Richmond and Dallas branches today could be decisive on the direction of the markets.
Analysts, who said that the President of the European Central Bank, Christine Lagarde, will also give a speech today, also reminded that an intense data agenda will be followed, especially the consumer confidence index in the country and the manufacturing industry and service sector Purchasing Managers Index (PMI), which will be announced worldwide.
In technical terms, analysts noted that in the BIST 100 index, the level of 1,470 is in the resistance position, while the levels of 1,440 and 1,390 are in the support position.
