BIST 100 Started The Day With A Decline
BIST 100 started the day with a decline. BIST 100 index lost 0.06 percent in Borsa Istanbul and started the day with 1,376.37 points.
At the beginning of the day, the
BIST 100 index, which lost 0.86 points and 0.06 percent compared to its previous closing, fell to 1,376.37 points.
At the opening, the banking index lost 0.08 percent, while the holding index gained 0.05 percent. Among the industry indices, securities investment trusts earned the most with 1.13 percent, while the most decline was recorded on electricity with 0.75 percent.

Analysts stated that profit sales in developed country stock markets, variations of the virus started to affect children in the epidemic of the coronavirus (Covid-19), and the tension between the USA and Russia caused a decrease in the risk appetite in global markets, and the 10-year bond interest rates of the USA exceeded 1.62 percent. Stating that the negative course seen on Monday was partially reflected today and the Japanese stock market decreased by almost 2 percent, analysts said that today the data agenda is weak and country and sector-based dynamics are expected to come to the fore.
In technical terms, it was stated that in the BIST 100 index, level of 1.440 is in the resistance position and the level of 1.360 is in support position.
