BIST 100 Started The Day With a Rise

BIST 100 started the day with a rise. BIST 100 index gained 0.48 percent in Borsa Istanbul and started the day with 1.548.04 points.

At the beginning of the day, the BIST 100 index, which gained 7.45 points and 0.48 percent compared to the previous close, rose to 1.548.04 points. While the banking index gained 0.42 percent at the opening, the holding index gained 0.46 percent. Among the sector indices, financial leasing was the most profitable with 3.58 percent, while tourism was the most declining with 0.18 percent. BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul, which was with sellers throughout Wednesday, closed the day at 1,540.59 points, decreasing by 0.14 percent compared to the previous close. Analysts stated that the US Federal Reserve's (Fed) meeting summary, which was announced yesterday, calmed inflationary concerns in the US, although global stock markets are still looking for direction. Today analysts stated that the focus of investor interest the decision of the Central Bank of Turkey, unexpected changes in the policy rate, but possible changes in the text of the decision was reported that progress in terms of importance in the markets. Today, analysts stated that the weekly money and bank statistics will be monitored in the country and that the data to be announced in the USA, especially the Philadelphia Fed manufacturing index, will be monitored abroad. In technical terms, analysts stated that 1.570 and 1.582 levels are in the resistance position and 1.525 level is in the support position for the BIST 100 index.
