BIST 100 Started The Day With An Increase

BIST 100 started the day with an increase. BIST 100 index gained 0.36 percent in Borsa Istanbul and started Thursday with 1.567.79 points.

At the beginning of the day, the BIST 100 index, which gained 5.68 points and 0.36 percent compared to its previous closing, reached 1.567.79 points. While the banking index gained 0.46 percent at the opening, the holding index gained 0.44 percent. Among the indices of the sector, the most profitable was metal goods with 1.62 percent, while the most decline was recorded on insurance with 0.76 percent. Yesterday, the BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul started to decline with the sales following the record of its all-time high with 1.589.47 points and closed the day with 1.562.11 points, losing 0.53 percent compared to the previous day. Analysts said that the US Federal Reserve (FED) did not change interest rates in line with the expectations and that the "dovish" approach was maintained, and a positive trend was observed in the stock markets. Today, it was stated that the interest rate decision of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) in Turkey and the interest rate decision of the Bank of England will be closely monitored. In technical terms, analysts stated that was 1.600 points in resistance and 1.550 in support. In technical terms, analysts stated that level of 1,600 is in the resistance position and the level of 1,550 is in the support position for the BIST 100 index.
