Bitcoin giant Huobi returns to its country. Huobi, one of the largest Bitcoin and crypto exchanges in the world, returns to China after three years.
Chongqing Big Data Applications Development Administration and Yubei District government; On Thursday, June 25, Huobi announced that it has signed an agreement with China, to open a new center in Chongqing City.
The parties signing the agreement will also collaborate in Chongging mega city to create a “blockchain industry base” where situations such as “creating projects, conducting research studies and creating industry brands” will be gathered.
World-renowned Bitcoin and cryptocurrency giant Huobi, first established by Tsinghua University graduate Leon Li in 2013, had to leave their country in September 2017 after Beijing was banned by Bitcoin exchanges and ICOs.
Having hit hard from his country, Huobi started operations in November of the same year in Singapore and in December.
