According to the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) data, the US commercial crude oil stocks were down 2 million barrels and fell to 492.4 million barrels last week compared to the previous week. The market expectation was that the stocks would increase by approximately 1.4 million barrels.
In technical terms, it was stated that the range of $ 42.60 and $ 42.79 could be applied as the resistance zone and the range of $ 42.02 and $ 41.92 as the support zone in Brent oil.
