BTC and ETH whales are on the move. A giant whale displaced nearly half a billion worth of Bitcoin (BTC) in one move. In addition, whales were observed to act on the Ethereum (ETH) side.
Half Billion in Transactions
The automated Blockchain tracking tool known as Whale Alert has detected a major Bitcoin movement. According to the information on Blockchain.com, the whale transferred 8 thousand Bitcoins worth $ 399.9 million from an unknown wallet to the US-based crypto exchange Coinbase. Prior to the massive transfer, the whale was the owner of the 215th richest Bitcoin address in the world.
BTCs were transferred to two unidentified wallets. The first is known as a wallet that takes less than one BTC and performs a total of one transaction. It was learned that the second wallet contained six transactions and collected 8 thousand BTC. Other major Bitcoin transfers have been spotted in the last 24 hours. Overall, in the same period, whales transferred 42,447 Bitcoins worth $ 2.02 billion.
