The 2021 Central Government Budget Law Proposal was submitted to the Presidency of the Turkish Grand National Assembly. While the budget for 2021 was prepared according to the principles of the Program Budget, the appropriations in the Central Government Budget were distributed among 68 programs. For the year 2021, the budget expenditures were estimated to be 1 trillion 346.1 billion liras, non-interest expenditures as 1 trillion 166.6 billion liras, budget revenues as 1 trillion 101.1 billion liras, tax revenues 922.7 billion liras, and budget deficit as 245 billion liras. .   Most Shares Were Given To Educational Services Educational services and the organizations that carry out these services took the biggest share in the 2021 budget. In the budget proposal for 2021, the most appropriations were allocated to investment projects compared to 2020. Accordingly, capital expenditure appropriations, which were 56.6 billion lira in 2020, increased by 83 percent (47.1 billion lira) and reached 103.7 billion lira.
