China Continues its Cryptocurrency Bans

China continues its cryptocurrency bans. The current target of China is a cryptocurrency news app.

According to the news in the Chinese media, it has also been decided to close the cryptocurrency news application CoinWorld. The news sites where the news came out did not disclose the source of the information. In addition, it was stated in the news that the cryptocurrency application has been removed from all Chinese app stores and that the company will soon stop all website and application activities. CoinWorld was also subject to investigation by Chinese authorities for allegedly issuing illegal coins in 2019. It is known that ICOs have been banned in the country since 2017. The company, headquartered in Beijing and founded in 2017, had received considerable investments from various Chinese technology entrepreneurs, including the founders of Xiaomi. China, which has been banning everything related to cryptocurrencies one by one since May, has recently terminated the activities of a Beijing-based firm that provides software support to cryptocurrency companies. Authorities once again warned institutions and companies not to provide services to companies linked to cryptocurrencies last week.   You may also want to read this: Chinese Miners Started to Sell Their Graphics Cards!
