China and Australia were on the rise, while Asian stocks followed a fluctuating course in Thursday's trading.
After the holiday, the Chinese stock markets were positive. Asian stocks mostly declined in Thursday's trading, while the Chinese stock market diverged positively after the holiday. Social media platform Facebook has announced that it is preventing Australians from sharing news on Facebook due to a bill requiring tech giants to pay for the news produced by Australian media companies. Index Summaries- Japan's Topix Index fell 0.5 percent.
