Closing in Borsa Istanbul; BIST 100 at 4000 Points Resistance

The BIST 100 index, which shows the shares with the highest market capitalization traded in Borsa Istanbul, recorded declining movements throughout the day with intensified sales after setting a new peak at 4,015 points in the morning session after a positive opening.

It was stated that the BIST 100 index, which records the shares with the highest market capitalization, has been struggling to stay within the 4,000-point band since the beginning of the week. While the index found support at an average of 3,970 points, it had a horizontal outlook this week. When we look at Borsa Istanbul on a sectoral basis, factoring was the sector that stood out today with a value increase of up to 5%. Highlights; Among the stocks included in the BIST 100 index, Borusan Yatirim was trading at its ceiling price near the close. Tukas and Ege Endüstri were up by around 9%.
