CMB Requests Access Ban for 20 Sites with Leveraged Transactions

  The Capital Markets Board has decided to take necessary legal action on the grounds of the application of a ban on access to the said sites on the grounds that 20 foreign-based websites have been leveraged. Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Capital Markets Board (CMB), with regard to users located in Turkey, who are abroad center thanks to the internet and for the implementation of leveraged transactions in the access ban 20 websites were identified as claimed decided the realization of all the necessary legal procedures. The Capital Markets Board imposed an administrative fine of 26 thousand 49 lira on Işık Menkul Değerler and 38 thousand 308 lira on KPMG Independent Audit and SMMM; In addition, he decided to file a criminal complaint in accordance with the researches and investigations he made regarding the Marka Investment Holding institution.
