The Ministry of Health announced the coronavirus data for Saturday, April 10. Current data was shared on "covid19.saglik.gov.tr". A total of 302 thousand 735 tests were conducted today. A total of 52 thousand 676 new coronavirus cases were detected, along with 2 thousand 497 people who showed symptoms.

248 People Lost Their Lives

According to current data, 248 people died in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus. Thus, the total loss of life increased to 33 thousand 702. Today, along with 32 thousand 539 people whose treatment/quarantine has ended and recovered, the total number of recovered patients increased to 3 million 301 thousand 217. It was reported that the rate of pneumonia in total patients was 3.1 percent and the total number of severe patients was 2 thousand 739. In Turkey, the bed occupancy rate was 55.7 percent, the adult intensive care occupancy rate was 66.5 percent, and the ventilator occupancy rate was 33 percent.
