Coronavirus In Turkey: 214 Caualties!

May 21 coronavirus chart of Turkey has been announced. There were 214 casualties in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus.

The Ministry of Health announced the current coronavirus data for Friday, May 21. The latest data was shared on "covid19.saglik.gov.tr". According to the announced data, 218 thousand 846 tests were carried out today. A total of 9,528 new coronavirus cases were detected, with 846 people showing symptoms.

214 People Lost Their Lives

According to the announced data, 214 people died in the last 24 hours due to the coronavirus, accordingly, the total loss of life increased to 45,840. With the addition 8 thousand 852 recovered people whose treatment/quarantine ended today, the total number of recovered patients increased to 4 million 998 thousand 639. Rate of pneumonia in total patients was 3.2 percent and the total number of serious patients was 1 thousand 977. The bed occupancy rate across Turkey was 45.5 percent, the adult intensive care occupancy rate was 62.5 percent, and the ventilator occupancy rate was 30.7 percent.
