Countdown to TOKI Land and Workplace Applications

Land and workplace applications, which constitute the second leg of the social housing project organized by the Housing Development Administration (TOKI), start on Monday. The details of the project will be announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan after the cabinet meeting.

It was stated that the applications for the "My First Home Land" and "My First Workplace" campaign for 1 million infrastructured land and 10 thousand workplaces in 28 provinces, which will be given in the first stage of the project opened on September 14, will start tomorrow.  Applications will continue until November 7. Workplace applications for those who want to start their own business will be made via e-Government and at Halk Bank branches in provincial centers and Ziraat Bank branches in districts. Citizens will be able to apply for land only from Ziraat Bank. Among the most basic rules of the applications is to be over the age of 18. In the applications for 1 million plots of land with electricity, water and stabilized road infrastructures completed, zoning plan made and ready for construction, if the plots to be allocated are in any of the metropolitan central districts, it is obligatory to reside within the borders of one of the central districts of that province, and in other municipalities, it is obligatory to reside within the borders of the municipality where land allocation is foreseen. Within the scope of the project, which will provide 50 thousand workplaces in total, those who will apply for 10 thousand workplaces in 28 provinces in the first stage must be registered in the population of the province where the project is located or be active within the borders of that province. The application fee was recorded as 500 lira for land and 2 thousand lira for workplaces. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will share the details with the citizens after the cabinet meeting.
