Cryptocurrency Platform Bakkt Has Signed A Partnership With Google
Cryptocurrency platform Bakkt has signed a partnership with Google. Bakkt users will be able to use the platform's virtual Visa card for Google online payments and stores.
Bakkt, which provides its users with the service of buying, selling, spending and sending cryptocurrencies, announced that it has formed a partnership with Google to meet customer demands. Bakkt users can now use their virtual Bakkt Visa card for everyday purchases of goods and services, or anywhere online stores and Google Pay are accepted. At checkout, digital assets such as Bitcoin will also be credited to the business's account as fiat money.
On the other hand, as a result of this partnership, Bakkt also chose
Google Cloud as its cloud service provider. The company will also use Google Cloud for artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions it will offer for retail users and businesses in the USA from now on.
Commenting on the partnership, Bakkt CEO Gavin Michael stated that this agreement demonstrates Bakkt's strength in the digital asset market, and said:
“This partnership is crucial to enable our customers to enjoy their digital assets in real time and securely, and is a testament to Bakkt's strong position in the digital asset market… In addition, partnering with Google Cloud is critical to our scale to be able to meet the needs of millions of people.”
