Speaking about the cryptocurrency market, Gary Gensler, Chairman of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, made evaluations about the cryptocurrency markets. While Chairman Gensler stated, that cryptocurrencies open the door to new initiatives, he also stated that they should be regulated, on his review.
Cryptocurrency review by Gary Gensler. SEC chairman Gary Gensler, who has maintained his position on the agenda with his statements, has long stated that crypto assets should be regulated. Gensler recently made the following assessment while speaking at the Penn Law Conference; "While cryptocurrency markets can provide new avenues for entrepreneurs to raise capital and investors to trade, investor and market protection is still required.
