Dominos Pizza May be Offered to the Public Dominos Pizza may be offered to the public. DP Eurasia, will consider the initial public offering of itself or its units in Turkey. Dominos Pizza may also join many companies that have recently gone public. DP Eurasia NV which holds the franchise rights of Domino's Pizza brand in the four countries itself will assess to be listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange or the public offering of the units in Turkey. In the statement made by DP Eurasia, which is currently listed on the London stock exchange, the following statements were made: “The board considers that the company's core activity is an opportunity to market the interest of new investors to the investment scene in Turkey. Accordingly, the board of directors of the company decided to list its operations or the IPO of the units in Turkey on Istanbul Stock Exchange” Equity fund manager Turkven is also among the shareholders of the company that owns the franchise rights in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.     Source: Bloomberg HT
