Draft Agreement Signed Between Iran and USA

Iranian Foreign Minister Spokesperson Said Hatipzade announced that the draft agreement was signed during the ongoing nuclear talks in Vienna. Hatipzade stated that they agreed with the United States to lift sanctions that limit
Iran's trade and harm its economy.
Spokesperson Hatipzade stated that the basic agreement was postponed due to some disagreements and said, "Some technical and political problems continue." Hatipzade did not give information about the details of how much of the trade restrictions have been lifted.
The United States decided to withdraw from the 2015 nuclear deal three years ago.
The negotiations that took place in Vienna are also an important agenda focus of the oil markets.
Brent oil's barrel price rose 1 percent in London, trading at $73.43, pushing its gains to 42 percent this year.
