Here are the highlights from Friday, October 23rd.   1- Vice President Fuat Oktay will attend the oath ceremony to be held in the Assembly of the Republic for Ersin Tatar, who was elected as the 5th President of the TRNC. (Nicosia / 15.00)   Legislative Executive Politics 1- Minister of Interior Affairs Süleyman Soylu will attend the Disaster and Emergency Board Meeting to be held at AFAD Presidency. (Ankara / 10.00)   2- Minister of National Education Ziya Selçuk will visit Ülper Şehit Ümit Kılıç Regional Boarding School and the AK Party Provincial Presidency and attend the "Education Meetings with Ziya Teacher". (Giresun / 11.15 / 13.00 / 15.30)   3- Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca will visit the governorship and make a press release. Koca will visit Bursa City Hospital, attend provincial evaluation meetings including Bursa, Balıkesir, Çanakkale, Bilecik and Yalova, and hold a press conference.
