Electricity Prices Are Determined In The Spot Market (June 12)

In the spot electricity market of Turkey on June 12, the prices are determined for one megawatt-hour electricity for tomorrow, the highest 499.99 lira; The lowest was determined as 235 lira. According to the data published by Energy Markets Management Inc. (EPIAS), the transaction volume in the spot electricity market decreased by 10.04 percent today compared to yesterday and was recorded as 179 million 106 thousand 196 liras. The price of one megawatt-hour of electricity in the day-ahead market was determined as 499.99 lira at 9 pm; The lowest was determined as 235 lira at 9 am. While the arithmetic average price of one megawatt-hour electricity in the day ahead market is 352,17 lira; The weighted average price was 353.14 lira. In the spot electricity market, one megawatt hour of electricity is traded at the highest level of 450 lira today; the lowest was traded at 299 lira.
