In a statement made by Amazon, it was reported that all of their drivers must sign this form for the business to continue, and anyone who refuses to sign will lose their job. The "biometric approval" form will legalize the use of cameras that can detect the smallest movement of each driver in the vehicle and monitor all their actions. The company claims these cameras are to authenticate drivers and link them to their accounts. Amazon also argues that thanks to this system, security problems will be eliminated and the quality of the delivery experience will increase. Karolina Haraldsdottir, senior manager in the security department, explained that drivers should be held responsible for unsafe practices. She said there are chances that some drivers have committed security breaches in the past. An employee who works as a "sequencer" at Amazon Staten Island logistics center; He said that he is expected to inspect and scan at least 1,800 packages every hour on his 12-hour shift. The employee stated that this means 30 packages per minute.

An anonymous Amazon delivery company owner said that if some of his beloved and good employees do not want to sign this form, they risk being fired and losing that employee.
