AMC Started Selling Tickets With Bitcoin and Ethereum

AMC started selling tickets with Bitcoin and Ethereum. It was stated that ticket sales with Dogecoin are also on the way.

Announcing that it will accept Bitcoin in August and other major cryptocurrencies in September, the AMC company has officially implemented this application. While the CEO of the company, Adam Aron, announced the application on his Twitter account, he stated that payments were started with Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash.

Dogecoin Is On The Way

Noting that cryptocurrency payments have already reached 14 percent of total online transactions, Aron stated that the phenomenon crypto currency Dogecoin will be added to other cryptocurrencies soon. More than 100 thousand people participated in the "Dogecoin acceptance or not" survey organized by Aron via his Twitter account in the past weeks, and the majority voted positively. Elon Musk, who is also known for his support for Dogecoin, also participated in the survey and showed his support with the message he sent. In October, AMC introduced the feature of purchasing gift cards with some cryptocurrencies, including Dogecoin.
