Brent oil reached above $95 a barrel on February 14. Today in global markets, Brent oil is pirced at $ 95.39 a barrel.

Brent oil, which went up to $ 95.66 on Friday, closed the day at $ 94.44 a barrel. Brent oil, which increased by 1.01 percent compared to the closing at 09:34 am today, is trading at $ 95.39 a barrel. At the same time, West Texas (WTI) type crude oil was traded at $ 94.31 a barrel. Concerns that Russia might invade Ukraine is playing a major role in the rise in oil prices. After the US officials' statements on Friday regarding the crisis between Russia and Ukraine, oil prices rose sharply, reaching their highest level since 2014. Oil prices continue to rise on concerns that a possible invasion could trigger US and European sanctions, and that supplies will tighten further as Russia's exports are cut. In technical terms, it is stated that the range of $ 96.25 to $ 97.47 can be viewed as resistance, and the range of $ 95.03 to 93.81 as support in Brent oil.
