According to the transaction's review data, an Ethereum address associated with the hack first sent 200 ETHs in two transactions in the early hours. Afterwards, sent another 300 ETHs in three transactions. As a result, 500 ETH transfers were made. Meanwhile, in retrospect, 173,600 ETH and 25.5 million USDC were stolen from the Ronin ecosystem, the name behind Axie Infinity. The hacker also replaced USDCs with ETH. Thus, he prevented Circle from confiscating the stolen assets. Sky Mavis, the creator of Axie Infinity, said that he would pay players as soon as possible to make up for their losses. Sky Mavis also announced that they are delaying the Origin upgrade as they are focusing on this recovery operation.
