CryptoPunk NFT Owner Rejected $9.5 Million!

CryptoPunk NFT owner rejected the offer of 2500 ETH which is worth $9.5 million.

The owner of NFT #6046 from the CryptoPunks NFT series said ‘no’ to the offer of 2500 ETH worth approximately $9.5 million. If the offer had been accepted and the NFT sale had taken place, this would have been the largest CryptoPunk sale ever.

The offer was made on the marketplace of Larva Labs, the developer of CryptoPunks. After the offer from poap.eth, NFT owner Richerd said, “My punk is not for sale. I don’t care about any offer offered.”

The CryptoPunks NFT in question includes rare features such as 3D glasses, which are only 3 percent of the series, cigarettes at 10 percent, and hairstyles at 4 percent.

Richerd bought NFT on March 31, 2021 for 45 ETH. At the prices at that time, this amount was 83 thousand dollars. Richerd has a total of 4 NFTs from CryptoPunks. These seem to have been bought at prices ranging from 17 to 45 ETH. While 143 ETH was paid in full, this amount corresponds to 550 thousand dollars at current prices.
