David Solomon, CEO of multinational US bank Goldman Sachs, said that blockchain technology will have positive effects on finance.
David Solomon Evaluates Blockchain's Impact on Finance. David Solomon, CEO of US-based Goldman Sachs, spoke to CNBC about blockchain technology and stated that he is optimistic about the “digital disruption of financial infrastructure.” The CEO, however, made more cautious statements when it comes to cryptocurrencies. Stating that Goldman's participation in the fast-growing industry is limited due to the lack of regulation, Solomon said, "The regulatory structure does not allow us to do much."
