Decathlon, the French sports store that had a supply problem due to the war between Russia and Ukraine, said it had temporarily suspended its operations in Russia.
Russia's occupation of Ukraine, the sanctions imposed and the supply problems caused the Decathlon Store, which sells sports equipment, to cease its activities. Decathlon, which stated that its activities in Russia were suspended, stated that only 2,500 Russian teams will continue to receive supplies.
Decathlon is a company that has 60 stores in Russia and sells digitally in 25 cities since 2006. Decathlon also decided to close its stores in Ukraine last month in order to protect its 125 employees in the region.
