Notable NFT Move from Romania
Notable NFT Move from Romania. The Romanian National Informatics Research and Development Institute (ICI) announced that it plans to keep official documents as NFTs. The Institute announced that a new national program is being designed that will enable citizens to access, transfer and, most importantly, store their official documents.
It was stated that the aim of the program, called “Romania’s National System for Issuers and Assets” (NSIDA) and designed using blockchain technology, is to develop a system in which basic official documents such as birth certificates, driver's licenses and land/property titles are acquired and managed.
It has been learned that documents can be scaled to any height and stored on the environmentally friendly Elrond blockchain.
Thanks to the developed software, it is thought that citizens will not have to physically go to official government offices for the necessary documents.
