The Smart Food Paris incubator boasts interesting business successes. Only less than ten percent of companies that have gone through it have failed in the market. Recently, for example, startups with edible dishes or the production of food based on insects or plant proteins have gained ground. "The biggest advantage of a business incubator is that you are surrounded by another 25 to 30 startups from the same business environment, from which you can learn a lot," commented Antoine Gillain, who founded the startup BUBBLe iT! For example, he set himself the goal of producing and selling fizzy drinks from tap water without the use of any other equipment and completely getting rid of plastic bottles.
