EPDK published the fuel price ceiling formula. The Energy Market Regulatory Board (EPDK) shared the formula for calculating the ceiling price application that will be valid for two months in fuel oil.
According to the EPDK decision published in the Official Gazette dated March 18, 2021 and numbered 31427, the highest distrubutor price will be determined by adding 0.70 TL (1+VAT) per liter to the refinery price valid for TUPRAS Izmir Refinery on the relevant day.
The price formula in question will be applied for gasoline and diesel types. For differentiated fuel products, this price can be increased by a maximum of 0.02 TL. In the annex of the decision, there is also a price difference list that can be applied to the highest distrubutor prices, which will be valid for gasoline and diesel types in each province.
