Erdogan, “I Believe That We Will End The Year With Positive Growth”
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, “I believe that we will end the year with positive growth.”
Making a statement after the Presidential Cabinet Meeting, President Erdogan said, "I believe that our economy, which is in a rapid recovery process, will continue this trend in the 4th quarter, and we will complete the year with positive growth."
Referring to the ongoing work in the Izmir earthquake zone, Erdogan said:
“A resource of 29 million lira was sent to our institutions to be used in their studies. We donate 30 thousand lira of goods to citizens who cannot recover their belongings in destroyed or demolished buildings. Grant support up to 50 thousand lira will be given to our tradesmen whose workplace was destroyed or severely damaged or submerged under water, through TESKOMB.”
In addition, Erdogan said, “The installment payments of the loans used by Halkbank by our tradesmen and craftsmen who were damaged by the earthquake were postponed for 1 year without interest.”
Providing information about the coronavirus vaccine in addition to these, President Erdoğan announced that the vaccines will be available to citizens in spring.
Erdogan said, “Turkey will be encouraged with flexible working practices in the private sector and the public sector”, also announced new measures in these terms:
“Services in restaurants, hairdressers, wedding halls, swimming pools, astro pitches, theaters, cinemas, concert halls and similar workplaces will end at 10 pm, excluding delivery service.”
