Erhan Çetinkaya was appointed as the President of TÜİK

Assigned by the Presidential Decision to carry out his duty as the President of the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), Prof. Dr. Sait Erdal Dinçer was dismissed and replaced by Erhan Çetinkaya, Deputy Chairman of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK). According to the appointment decisions published in the Official Gazette with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Hızır Aslı Yüksek was appointed as the President of the Forensic Medicine Institute. Marmara University Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Sait Erdal Dinçer was dismissed and replaced by Erhan Çetinkaya, Deputy Chairman of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK). Dr. İbrahim Demir was appointed to the Vice Presidency of TÜİK. Hasan Özçelik was appointed as the Chairman of the Public Oversight, Accounting, and Auditing Standards Board, and Muhiddin Gülal, Ahmet Pelit, and Ünal Eryılmaz were appointed as members. Nurullah Celal Uslu was appointed as the Deputy Director-General of Information Technologies in the Ministry of Commerce. Mehmet Özkoç and Deputy General Manager of Customs Enforcement Mehmet Akıllı were appointed as the Chief Trade Inspector.
