EU Leaders Will Visit Turkey
EU leaders will visit Turkey. The visit will take place on April 6th.
It has been announced that the Chairman of the European Union (EU) Council Charles Michel and the Chairman of the EU Commission Ursula von der Leyen will visit Turkey on 6 April.
Barend Leyts, the Spokesperson of the Chairman of the European Council, Michel, announced the date of the EU (European Union) administration's departure to Turkey on his social media account. Leyts said that Michel and von der Leyen will meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Turkey on April 6.
Michel announced that after the
EU (European Union) Leaders Summit held last week, they were in contact with the Turkish authorities to arrange a visit in April, but did not provide any information about the date of the visit.
At the summit meeting of EU (European Union) leaders, it was decided to strengthen cooperation with Turkey on issues such as economy, immigration, inter-communal contact and travel.
