The famous writer reacted to the fake stocks in the blockchain. Nicholas Taleb was critical of the subject.
Nicholas Taleb, author of Black Swan, said that he doesn't like the idea of "fake" shares of the world's leading giant companies being traded on the blockchain. Author Nicholas Taleb, who foresaw the financial crisis of 2008 in his bestselling book Black Swan, does not "buy" the idea of trading fake shares on the blockchain.
Taleb said he likened decentralized finance to "gambling by stock prices". Posting on his Twitter account, Taleb said, "Youth learning on Twitter should sit down with 'traders sipping aged brandy', shut up and learn something."
